Saluton! i'm a little confused about the right way to use that expression

Mi malamas mian vivon (or perhaps: mian ekziston).

Odd request.

If you'd explained your confusion about it, we might have been able to help you eradicate it.

Maybe "Mi fartas malbonege"? Be careful, because planned languages can be quite literal.

Do this exercise: translate the sentence to any other language and then to Esperanto.
This will highlight the different meanings of the word "hate" (or any other word you would select).

In my case, I used Italian. "Hate" is "odiare" but also "detestare".
"Odiare" is "malami", "detestare" is "malŝati".

This is only a help for the translation - you can get the result without passing through another language.
I would translate the sentence:
* Mi malŝatas mian vivon.
